Terms & Conditions – Cahal Pech Cabins
Welcome to Cahal Pech Cabins, located on Silva family farmland at Carmelita, along the Belize River in the Cayo District. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a safe stay for all our guests.
1. Reservations & Payments
Reservations are confirmed once a deposit has been received.
Final balances are due upon arrival unless otherwise arranged.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (USD or BZD).
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a full refund (minus any bank or card fees).
Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows are charged the full amount of the stay.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
4. Children & Extra Guests
Children are welcome at the cabins.
Extra beds may be arranged for an additional charge, depending on availability.
Please inform us of the number of guests at the time of booking.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the cabins unless pre-approved.
6. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins.
Guests may smoke outdoors on verandas and designated areas only.
7. Liability & Safety
Guests are responsible for their belongings during their stay.
Cahal Pech Cabins is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items.
The property is located near farmland and the Belize River; guests should take care when exploring outside the cabins.
8. Environmental & Community Respect
Please help us conserve water and electricity during your stay.
As the cabins are part of the Silva family’s farmland, guests are asked to respect the surrounding environment and local community.
9. Force Majeure
Cahal Pech Cabins is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies, or events beyond our control.
