Cahal Pech Cabins at Carmelita – Cancellation Policy
We know that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible while allowing us to manage our operations efficiently. Please review the following details before finalizing your reservation:
- Cancellation Window
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- If you paid in advance, the refund will be calculated according to the policy above.
- No-Shows
- If you do not arrive for your stay and do not notify us in advance, you will be charged in full for the reservation.
- Early Departures
- Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date may still be charged for the entire stay.
- Group Bookings
- Different terms may apply to group reservations. Please refer to your group agreement or contact us directly for clarification.
- Reservation Changes
- Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may be considered a cancellation and rebooking depending on timing.
- Force Majeure
- In the event of natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances, we reserve the right to adjust this policy as needed.
